Every detail of this 3,500 sq. ft. high-rise apartment remodel was custom-built for our clients. New exterior windows and doors enhance their classic San Francisco view—from their vantage on the 7th floor they look over Pacific Heights toward the Golden Gate, San Francisco Bay and Marin hills.

Starting fresh, we removed the apartment’s existing interior down to the shell then built back up—pouring a lightweight concrete floor slab and framing the redefined floor plan.

The renovated entry’s hand-polished plaster sets the tone for the high level of finish, which includes European white oak floors, custom wood paneling and cabinetry, and Italian stone slabs and tile. The cabinetry is distinguished by modern, flush detailing and Tectus door hinges, and features a motorized television lift in the living room media center.

Hand-crafted details include a custom range hood with hand-patina in the kitchen, hand-painted wallpaper in the powder room, custom-polished stainless work for the master bathroom vanity, and knife-edge, recessed, LED lighting in the ceilings and soffits. A whole-house Lutron Homeworks system was integrated throughout.
