The addition, which extends toward the seashore, required a heavy foundation to manage underground water from the tidal influence. During the project it was imperative that we maintain an immaculate jobsite in order to manage the impact of construction, preserve the property’s existing landscaping and be sensitive to the Bay’s proximity.
