Starting from a raw concrete and brick shell, we did the interior build-out for both units in this new two-unit building located along the boardwalk of San Francisco’s Aquatic Park.

The primary unit is an exquisite three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath luxury apartment comprised of two floors. With a full steel and glass wall to iconic views of Maritime Gardens, Alcatraz Island and the Marin hills, the double-height open living space is a light-filled, modern oasis.

The top unit is a one bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home with breathtaking views and a minimalist aesthetic.

Our work was carefully orchestrated to be cognizant of Aquatic Park’s busy tourism and the popular commercial enterprise below, as well as the historical nature of the area. Advance project planning and highly organized site management enabled us to lessen the impact of logistics like material deliveries and construction activity.

A lofted master bedroom floats above the living space through a seamless glass railing and enjoys a perfectly framed view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Built for longtime Design Line clients, the entire team enjoyed a symbiotic, collaborative relationship throughout the project that led to a fantastic experience for everyone.
