A rare double lot in San Francisco, this project was half remodel of an existing house and half new construction. At the top of Noe Valley, we drilled piers into the unstable site to secure the house on its downhill lot and support the connection of the two structures.

The 5,000 sq. ft. interior features a glass bridge at the entry, custom cabinetry and local Bonelli windows throughout, statuary vein slabs of Carrera marble in the master suite bathroom, and downtown views.
