We rebuilt the interior of this Pacific Heights Victorian from the studs out, replacing an outdated floor plan and finishes with a thoughtfully crafted 21st century traditional home.

Careful attention was paid to crafting the classically detailed trim components, crown moldings, panel bead ceilings and walls, and coffered ceilings.

The designer kitchen features Italian stone countertops with herringbone backsplash, and high-gloss lacquered cabinetry. MEP systems were updated throughout, including Lutron lighting controls and Mitsubishi Mini Split system air conditioning.
